TUMBLING PROGRAM

Rising Stars 3Lite offer tumbling program for the most athletes, once they breakdown the fundamentals of lunging, cartwheels, handstands and roundoffs under the guidance of our highly experienced coaches.

Our tumbling classes are designed for girls who are interested in strictly working on their floor skills. Your child will work skills in a variety of ways with the aid of incline and panel mats, in-ground trampoline, tumble track and extra large foam pit. Qualified coaches and low class ratios will aid in your athlete's progression.
